Dazu spricht Philipp Eschenhagen mit Annegret Hartig, die zum Thema des Aggressionsverbrechens vor nationalen Gerichten promoviert hat. Im Grundlagenteil nimmt uns Isabel Lischewski mit zu den Anfängen des Völkerstrafrechts, den Nürnberger Prozessen.
