SHORTS: Europarat mit Konstantin Kuhle

Philipp Eschenhagen spricht mit Konstantin Kuhle, MdB und Mitglied der parlamentarischen Versammlung des Europarates, über die Organisation und praktische Tätigkeit des Europarates. Konkret geht es um das Thema illegaler Parteienfinanzierung aus dem Ausland, zu dem der Europarat mit Kuhle als Rapporteur eine Resolution verabschiedet hat. Wir sprechen auch über die Rolle Russlands im Europarat, wobei die Folge noch vor dem Ausschluss Russlands aufgenommen wurde.
