SHORTS: Europarat mit Konstantin Kuhle

Philipp spricht mit Konstantin Kuhle, MdB und Mitglied der parlamentarischen Versammlung des Europarates, über die Organisation und praktische Tätigkeit des Europarates. Konkret geht es um das Thema illegaler Parteienfinanzierung aus dem Ausland, zu dem der Europarat mit Kuhle als Rapporteur eine Resolution verabschiedet hat. Wir sprechen auch über die Rolle Russlands im Europarat, wobei die Folge noch vor dem Ausschluss Russlands aufgenommen wurde.

Erik Tuchtfeld is a research fellow at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law (Heidelberg) and currently working as legal clerk at the Higher District Court of Celle. He studied law at the University of Buenos Aires and Heidelberg University, where he graduated in 2020. His research interests include comparative constitutional law, human rights law, in particular the right to privacy and freedom of expression, and the regulation of social media platforms.
