#22 Staatliche Hilfe zu militärischen Operationen

Staaten leisten sich gegenseitig Hilfe zu militärischen Operationen, z.B. gehen sie Verteidigungsbündnisse ein, sie liefern Waffen an andere Staaten und vieles mehr. Aber was sagt das Völkerrecht eigentlich dazu, wenn Staaten anderen Staaten militärisch Hilfe leisten?

Isabel Lischewski erklärt im Grundlagenteil, welche generellen völkerrechtlichen Regeln es zur staatlichen Beihilfe bei einer Verletzungen von völkerrechtlichen Normen durch andere Staaten gibt. Im Interview spricht Sophie Schuberth mit Benjamin Nußberger dann spezieller über den Fall von staatlichen Hilfeleistungen zu militärischer Gewaltanwendung. Gibt es dafür noch weitere Regeln und inwiefern unterscheiden sie sich? Welche Relevanz haben diese Fragen ganz aktuell im russischen Krieg gegen die Ukraine?
