SHORTS: Ukrainekrieg mit Katja Keul

In dieser Folge spricht Philipp Eschenhagen mit Katja Keul, MdB für Bündnis 90/Die Grünen und Staatsministerin im Auswärtigen Amt, über den Angriffskrieg Russlands gegen die Ukraine. Wie ist die Kraft des Völkerrechts in der aktuellen Lage zu bewerten? Wie verhält sich Deutschland zu einer Strafverfolgung durch den IStGH und welche Rolle spielt das Völkerrecht in der Friedensdiplomatie?

Dies ist die erste Folge unseres neuen Formats, den „Völkerrechtsshorts“! Die Folgen sind mit max. 20 Minuten kürzer und behandeln jeweils ein konkretes Thema. Zu hören ist jeweils ein Interview mit Gästen aus der Praxis des internationalen Rechts.
