Julian is a research assistant at the Institute of International and Comparative Private Law, University of Bonn. He received his PhD from the University of Bonn. Julian studied law in Berlin and London and was a visiting researcher in Cambridge (Wolfson College), Melbourne (La Trobe Law School) and Oxford (Oxford Institute of Population Ageing)
