#37 Waffenexporte vor Gericht

Das VG Berlin beschäftigt sich dieser Tage intensiv mit dem Humanitären Völkerrecht anlässlich einer Klage gegen deutsche Waffenexporte nach Israel. Philipp Eschenhagen spricht im Interview mit Alexander Schwarz vom European Centre for Constitutional and Human Rights (ECCHR), das die Kläger juristisch begleitet. Dabei geht es vor allem um das Zusammenspiel von deutschem Verwaltungs(prozess)recht und Völkerrecht. Das Interview wurde am 15. Mai 2024 aufgenommen.

Im Grundlagenteil wirft Isabel Lischewski einen genaueren Blick auf erga omnes Pflichten vom Staaten, wie sie sowohl im Verfahren vor dem VG Berlin wie auch in aktuellen IGH-Verfahren eine Rolle spielen.
