“Rule of Law Rules” is the Konrad-Adenauer-Stiftung’s podcast on Rule of Law in the age of digitalization. The host of the podcast is Dr Angela Daly, a socio-legal scholar of digital technology. In each episode, she will interview one international expert about the opportunities and challenges for human rights in the digital age. We will gain insights into recent developments from different parts of the world.
In the last episode on legal technology and the access to justice, the podcast focuses on the region of Southeast Europe.
Guest and expert Ivan Rašić works at “Start it Smart”, the biggest entrepreneurship club in Bulgaria. Their goal is to spread the entrepreneurship culture and way of thinking among the young people. In Ivan’s earlier career, he started a legal tech company after working in law firms. Ivan gives insights into the latest developments of legal tech and its influence in the region.
