Jan-Phillip Graf is a PhD student at the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict at Ruhr-University Bochum. Paola Gaeta is a professor of international law at the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva where she focuses, among other things, international criminal law, international immunity law and conflicts of jurisdiction in criminal matters.
Kai Ambos is the chair for criminal law, criminal procedure, comparative law, international criminal law and public international law at the faculty of law at Georg August Universität Göttingen and the acting director of the Institute for Criminal Law and Justice.
