Dr. Ingrid Roestenburg (Institute for Justice and Reconciliation), with a presentation entitled ‘Why Words Matter: The Necessity of Concretizing a Legal Definition of the Term Survivor’ & Mary Goretti Byamugisha (University of Salerno), with a presentation entitled ‘From Manono-Kitolo to Brussels: Understanding the Impact of the EU Green Deal on the Informal Mining Sector of Lithium and Cobalt in Africa.’
