Luis F. Viveros-Montoya

Luis F. Viveros-Montoya is a PhD Candidate and Teaching Fellow at University College London Faculty of Laws and Programme Co-ordinator of the UCL Public International Law Pro Bono Project. Previously, he was a clerk at the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and a Counsel in multiple cases before the Inter-American system of human rights.
