Carmen Rosa Villa Quintana is member of the UN Committee on Enforced Disappearances (CED). Previously, she was OHCHR Regional Representative for Central America. Ms. Villa dedicated more than 20 years working in the area of promotion and protection of human rights at the United Nations.
