#19 Der Kriegsparteistatus

It's complicated

In den letzten Monaten hat viele die Frage umgetrieben, wann Deutschland Kriegspartei im Russland-Ukraine-Krieg werden würde. Was hätte das eigentlich für Folgen? Und ist das eigentlich die wirklich relevante Frage? Darüber und über die Voraussetzungen des Kriegsparteistatus im Völkerrecht hat Sophie Schuberth mit Alexander Wentker gesprochen. Außerdem hat sich Isabel Lischewski im Grundlagenteil angeschaut, wann wir völkerrechtlich überhaupt von Krieg, oder wie man im Völkerrecht ja oft sagt – von einem bewaffneten Konflikt, sprechen kann.
