Die Direktor*innen des Walther-Schücking-Instituts für Internationales Recht der Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, Prof. Dr. Andreas von Arnauld, Prof. Dr. Nele Matz-Lück und Prof. Dr. Kerstin von der Decken, thematisieren in Kurzvorträgen u.a. Fragen des Gewaltverbotes und der Selbstverteidigung, völkerrechtliche Sanktionen und weitere Reaktionsmöglichkeiten, Handlungsspielräume der Vereinten Nationen, Klagen vor dem IGH, völkerstrafrechtliche Konsequenzen und das Asyl- und Flüchtlingsrecht.
