Tendayi Achiume is Professor of Law at UCLA School of Law and Research Associate with the African Centre for Migration and Society at the University of Witwatersrand and with the Refugee Studies Centre at the University of Oxford. She is also UN Special Rapporteur on Contemporary Forms of Racism, Racial Discrimination, Xenophobia and Related Intolerance.
