Robert Habermann

Robert Habermann is an Associate Counsel for the New York State Senate Majority, where he works on energy and climate policy. He is also a researcher for the Carbon Dioxide Removal Law Project organized by the Sabin Center for Climate Change Law at Columbia Law School.
