Paolo Mazzotti is a Ph.D. candidate at the Max-Planck-Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law in Heidelberg. He holds a Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Trento (major in international and EU law), as well as an LL.M. in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva (specialisation in International Environmental Law and Governance).
