Axel Berg

Dr Axel Berg is currently Special Adviser on the German Presidency of the Council of Europe at the German Foreign Office. Previously, he was a German diplomat with ambassadorial posts at the OSCE in Vienna, in Switzerland, Liechtenstein, and Norway. Prior to his career in diplomacy, he was a Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Comparative Public Law and International Law, Heidelberg.
