Provisional and Interim Measures in International Law

The Hague Yearbook of International Law is organising a symposium on “Provisional and Interim Measures in International Law”, due to be published in Volume 38 (2025). We welcome contributions on all topics relating to provisional measures and international law, including (but not limited to) topics related to provisional measures and strategic litigation, the nature of obligations stemming from provisional measures orders, comparative studies of such measures in different adjudicative bodies, procedural issues, and critical approaches.
