Stefan Talmon

Stefan Talmon is currently a Visiting Fellow of All Souls College, Oxford. He is Professor of Public Law, Public International Law and European Union Law, and Director at the Institute for Public International Law at the University of Bonn (on research leave). He practices as a barrister from Twenty Essex, London.
