Trends in Intellectual Property Research (DOI Prefix: 10.69971; ISSN: 3007-8539 (Online),3007-8520 (Print)) is a quarterly, open-access journal that publishes research papers, reviewpapers, case comments and book reviews on all aspects of intellectual property law, includingbut not limited to patents, copyrights, trademarks, trade secrets, geographical indications,industrial design, layout design of integrated circuits, unfair competition, and antitrust. Trends inIntellectual Property Research is a refereed journal, and all published articles are double-blindpeer-reviewed by at least two independent experts. It is the first and only IP law journalpublished from Pakistan, by Innovative Insights (SMC-Private) Limited.
The Editorial Board invites original, unpublished manuscripts for Volume 4, Issue 4 (December2026).
