Dr Rutsel Silvestre J Martha is the Principal of Lindeborg Counsellors at Law and a Partner Fellow at the Lauterpacht Centre for International Law, University of Cambridge. Prior to founding Lindeborg, Dr Martha was a General Counsel and Director of Legal Affairs at INTERPOL and the UN International Fund for Agricultural Development.
