Paolo Passaglia is Full Professor of Comparative Law at the University of Pisa (Italy), where he is the director of the Second Degree Master in Internet Ecosystem: Governance and Rights. He is Pro-Tempore Scientific Coordinator for Comparative Law at the Research Department, Constitutional Court of the Italian Republic.
