Jad Houary is a Master’s student in Ethics – Economics, Law and Politics at Ruhr University Bochum and a former intern at the Institute for International Law of Peace and Armed Conflict (IFHV). His academic interests include international humanitarian law, human rights, and questions of State responsibility.
