Gustavo Leite Neves da Luz

Gustavo Leite Neves da Luz is a Postdoctoral Fellow in Law and Policy at the Marine & Environmental Law Institute, Dalhousie University. He holds a PhD in International Law from the University of Hamburg and an LLM from the Federal University of Minas Gerais. His research focuses on the law of the sea, international environmental law, and the history of international law.
