Emmanuel Giakoumakis is the Associate Legal Officer (référendaire) to the former President of the International Court of Justice, H.E. Judge Yusuf, and a doctoral candidate at the University of Oxford (St. Antony’s College). His research interests include the peaceful settlement of disputes, the law of State responsibility, and the law of international organizations
