Call for Papers: Early Career Conference on Emerging Disruptive Technology and Arms Control

On 17-18 November 2025, the Asser Institute in The Hague will host a conference for young scholars on Emerging Disruptive Technology and Arms Control. The organizers have issued a call for papers open to researchers working on international humanitarian law, international arms control and related topics, who are currently enrolled in a PhD program or employed as a postdoctoral researcher. Limited bursaries are available to presenting participants.
