Equity Perspectives on Global Ocean Law and Governance

Using a range of examples (such as the common heritage of humankind principle or plastic pollution), the conference aims to trace the extent to which the concepts of intragenerational equity and intergenerational equity have been – or could be – incorporated into global ocean law and governance.
