Focusing on the argumentation that it is now time to accept the paradigm from the conventional state-centered duty to respect, protect and fulfil human rights and that it is needed to include multinational corporations as role players of governance and active drivers of land-grabbing in Africa.<\/p>\n<p>Although these instruments are non-binding they provide a much-needed platform for treating human rights differently.
