She earned her Ph.D from Tel-Aviv University and served as a Hauser Global Fellow at New York University and as a visiting professor at the Freie Universit\u00e4t Berlin, The University of Graz, and Charles University. Her articles appeared in the Modern Law Review, EJIL, AJIL, LJIL, Hastings Law Journal, Vanderbilt JIL, and Pennsylvania JIL, among others.
