He holds a PhD in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies, which was recently published with Oxford University Press as <a href=\"https:\/\/global.oup.com\/academic\/product\/doing-justice-to-history-9780198846871?lang=en&#038;cc=au\"><em>Doing Justice to History: Confronting the Past in International Criminal Courts<\/em><\/a>.
