He holds a PhD in International Law and International Relations from the University of Sydney, Australia, which is published with Cambridge University Press as \u2018<a href=\"https:\/\/doi.org\/10.1017\/9781108630658\">American Foreign Policy Ideology and the International Rule of Law<\/a>\u2019 (2020).
