His <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mpil.de\/de\/pub\/forschung\/nach-rechtsgebieten\/voelkerrecht\/voelkerrechtliche-behandlung.cfm\">PhD project<\/a> with Prof. Dr. Dr. hc.
