The Association of Young International Law Scholars (Arbeitskreis junger Völkerrechtswissenschaftler*innen – AjV) is looking for a new organizing team of young international law scholars for the next joint conference with the German Society of International Law (DGIR). The AjV-DGIR conference is the only recurring conference on international law in the German-speaking world that is explicitly dedicated to an exchange between young and established scholars. Previous conferences took place in Düsseldorf, Graz, Göttingen, Bochum, Berlin, Bonn and Cologne.
Topic, time and place of the next conference will be determined by the new organizing team. So far, the conferences have been held every two years. A publication of the contributions in an edited volume or journal is welcome.
If you are interested or have any questions, please contact us by e-mail until 3 January 2024 (individually or as (part of) a team). We would plan a joint weekend for members of the old and new organizing teams to meet, network, and share experiences and ideas.
