Kabarak Law Review – 25 Years of the African Union Constitutive Act

As part of Kabarak University’s commitment to fostering scholarly discourse, we are pleased to announce the Call for Papers (CfP) for our 2025 edition.

The theme for this edition is reflecting 25 Years of the African Union Constitutive Act. The CfP invites critical reflections on whether Africa has upheld the principles of the African Union Constitutive Act and advanced the ideals of Pan-Africanism. Some of the essential sub-thematic areas pertain to peace and security, financial independence, and trade and economic integration.

The submission guidelines include full-length articles which will be due on 30 April 2025 and short commentaries which will be due on 31 July 2025.
