International Law and the Regulation of Resort to Force: Exhaustion, Destruction, Rebirth?

14-15. September 2023, Olomouc, Czech Republic

The Centre for International Humanitarian and Operational Law at the Faculty of Law of Palacký University Olomouc, in collaboration with the Institute for International Law and International Relations at the Faculty of Law of the University of Graz, are accepting papers and panel proposals for a conference to take place on 14 – 15 September 2023 in Olomouc, the Czech Republic. The conference, titled International Law and the Regulation of Resort to Force: Exhaustion, Destruction, Rebirth? will examine the insurmountable challenges facing the contemporary international legal order pertaining to the use of force. Submissions, broadly conceived within the thematic area, are welcomed.
