About the Competition
We are excited to launch this new initiative with the help of our law firm partner – Economic Laws Practice (ELP), a leading law firm in the field of International Trade Law and Manupatra, a leading online legal research database. Through this Essay Competition we thrive to present an opportunity for legal minds to engage with the intricate dimensions of international trade law. This competition aims to encourage critical thinking, innovative analysis, and scholarly exploration of the challenges and prospects within the field of international trade law.
Eligibility
We invite law students currently enrolled in their undergraduate or LLM degrees (or equivalent) to submit their essays and contribute to the discourse on international trade law. Your essays have the potential to shape legal perspectives, influence policy decisions, and contribute to the evolution of international trade law.
Theme
International Trade Law including allied fields such as international investment law, international business law and international competition law etc. The Competition would prefer Essay enteries about the Global South and India from an intersectional lens.
