The Associazione di Consulenza in Diritto del Mare (ASCOMARE) has announced the call for abstracts for Volume 5 of its Yearbook on the Law of the Sea (YLoS), a Scopus-indexed, peer-reviewed, and fully open-access publication dedicated to advancing critical and interdisciplinary scholarship on ocean governance and the law of the sea.
Theme: “Unilateralism, Fragmentation, and the Evolving Balance of Power in the Law of the Sea”
In an era of growing geopolitical tension and environmental uncertainty, this volume invites original contributions exploring the shifting balance between multilateral cooperation and unilateral conduct, the fragmentation of maritime governance frameworks, and the resilience of the law of the sea in a changing international order.
Scholars and practitioners whose work pushes boundaries, questions assumptions, and envisions the future of ocean law are warmly encouraged to apply.
