The post ‘More law in development’ was subject to an external complaint and was provisionally taken down while the blog was conducting an internal investigation in line with internationally accepted standards of good academic practice.
This investigation did not find any academic misconduct that would justify the retraction of the post and concluded that the post should be republished with some modifications reflecting best academic practice.
The blog respects the author’s decision not to republish the post.
